Chairmen Mr. Zheng Jincheng Interviewed by Digital Xiamen Media

Digita Xiamen (“Digital”): Mr. Zheng, Honored to interview you! May I ask you some personal questions?

Mr. Zheng:  Yes. Please!

Digital:  What is your favorite thing happening in your work life?

Mr. Zheng: Since the beginning of establishing Chushuai Company, we have been with the spirit of contributing to the society and looked forward together with all people with love to spreading love and kindness and letting love through—that is my favorite thing in my working life which prevails impelled us forward.

Digital: What is your hobby in your daily life?

Mr. Zheng: My hobbies are always changing as I get older. When I was young, I was outgoing and liked the rough games. Now I prefer quietness to noise. Listening to some classical music at home makes me feel good. Reading books is also one of my habits since my childhood. Every day I read whatever books I could get.  

Digital: What is your most frequent sentence?

Mr. Zheng: “One could neither lord it over others nor kowtow to others!”- is my motto! I kindly believe that one shall be with charity. When we meet with the persons who are weaker we shall not show off power and that we shall not draw back nor be cowardly when we meet with the persons who are stronger. 

Digital: What will you evaluate yourself in one sentence?

Mr. Zheng: I have never thought of this question before. Honestly, I should say I am “an arrogant and stubborn person”. That’s to say, if he has once fastened upon an idea, there is no dissuading me from it even however impossible it is thought. Nothing is impossible for me. Take my marriage as an example. All my friends thought that I was unworthy of a girl who I love so much! I tried my best to get married with her. Now it is proved that I am her right companion through life.

Digital: What do you think your “arrogance and stubbornness” bring to Chushuai Company?

Mr. Zheng: Relatively an arrogant and stubborn person is full of passion and also I myself am much more amiable. One with amiableness will hold the people around together. Passion and Union (namely team spirit) is a must of the company, without exception of Chushuai Company. I believe that my strong cohesion will strongly bind the team together. 

Digital: How do you deal with the issues which are thought impossible?

Mr. Zheng: For me, nothing is impossible. Surely there will be the other method if one method is not functional to solve the problem.

Digital: What is your belief?

Mr. Zheng:  Most of my families believe in Buddhism. Except for Buddhism, I also believe in Christianity and Islam. I would like to believe in whatever is the denomination urging people to do good. I carefully read the Bible and the Koran which certainly influence me a lot in my life. Wherever I travel I am up to the altar to worship as soon as there are the temples. Certainly my worship is different from others’. I don’t ask for God's blessings because God is very busy in blessing others that need much more blessing and help. What I think is to try my best to help those who need much more help. Therefore I will not ‘disturb’ the Buddha. (Laughing)

Digital: What is your ideal life?

Mr.Zheng: I yearn for living in a “retreat away from the world”. I have already built a house in my home town, Yongchun City. I dream of getting back to my home town to the land after retirement. (Laughing) Now I am young and have a lot of things to do. I have a plan that my wife and I will live the idyllic life ten years later. For me, spiritual enjoyment is much more important than material pleasures. My wife, who disagreed with me once, is persuaded.
