With professional purchasing teams, rich supply chain resources and accurate product database, Orient Chushuai has built a long-term and deep cooperation relationship with hundreds of clients from USA, Great Britain, Italy, Russia and Mexico, Sri Lanka, Mali, Ghana, Brazil etc. With transparent operations in the course of international purchasing, Orient Chushuai provides to the global clients the long-term and stable full purchasing services from the suppliers’ selecting to product delivery in minimizing costs and maximizing profits. Our int'l purchasing is completely different from TRADE for we have no profit relationship with any cooperative supplier. As soon as we receive the purchase demand application from our clients, we will from the perspective of the buyers timely provide the accurate information about the demanded materials and also the ongoing full purchasing service. We pay much close attention to playing an important role as a bridge between our clients and our cooperative suppliers, and finally the decisive supply-demand contracts will be entered into by our buyers and our cooperative suppliers.

1. Cooperation ways

Please provide such information of your purchase products as the description/specs,  pictures,  certificates and supplier qualification etc. Accordingly Orient Chushuai will select the right domestic manufacturers from our long-standing cooperative enterprises or by other multiple channels and answer you in time.

3. Main Services of International Purchasing Agency

1) Enquiry: collect 5 to 10 good manufacturers; contact and make enquiries at the suppliers; and then the latest quotations will be provided our buyers in time.

2) Evaluation and Recommendation

● Provide the right vendors’ past three-month quotations in the database for our buyers’ reference and evaluation.

● Provide a survey of the vendors, including technology research and development capabilities, production capacities, financial statements and trade credit record.

3) Technology Support

Provide technical consulting services.

4) Production Process Tracking and Supervision

● Supervise the manufacturers’ production process after purchase contract is signed.

● On behalf of our clients, review the factories status (such as equipment and measuring devices and process etc.), and monitor and inspect the products quality.

● Track the production progress and negotiate with the clients in time if any problem.

5) Product test

Professionally test products comprehensive performance with internationally recognized professional testing equipment. Provide the real-time or historical online view of test reports.

6) Storage, Package, Distribution and Internal Transport

● Recommend freight forwarders and insurance companies both of which are with good services, competitive prices and honest operations.

● Check the package, repackage (if necessary) and combine assembly tray before shipment so that all products can enter the container.

● Check the surface damage and pollution and test (without the professional testing equipment) some products quality during the products distribution process,.

● Before shipment, notify the suppliers to replace the defective and unsuitable products with the required ones. 

4. International Purchasing Agency Service Fee

1) Annual Fees or Monthly Fee

 (i) For our long-term clients, 2500USD of annual service fee, a one-time payment and shall be paid within 10 days after the establishement of the cooperative relationship with each other.

 (ii) for our temporary clients, 350USD of monthly service fee will be paid before the 10th of each month  after the establishement of the cooperative relationship with each other.

2) The following fees will be plus and separately charged if Orient Chushuai is entrusted to carry out the full procurement services from selecting the suppliers to product delivery etc.

● Commission

(i) A 1%  commission is given back to us for the contract value US$100, 000.00 and under; 

(ii)  A 0.5%  commission is given pack to us for the contract value above US$100,000.00;

(iii)  The commission ratio can be renegotiated for the huge sum. 

The commission shall be paid within 10 days after the clients’ receipt of and satisfaction with the goods.

●Out of Pocket Expense-Travelling Expenses and Travelling Allowance

For the special products or as requested by the client, Orient Chushuai, on behalf of the clients, visits the factories, tracks the production progress, conducts quality inspection etc. -all the expenses arising therefrom will be borne by the clients, including traveling allowances of 50USD per day per person and the actual traveling expenses.

●Any additional fees will not be charged if the clients enter into purchase contract with the manufacturers and Oriental Chushuai only tracks the production progress and shipment by mail or telephone without business trips.
